A Teammate has not received an invitation to join the workspace
Re-invite a teammate
If a teammate hasn’t received an invitation to join the workspace, you can re-invite them.
To re-invite a teammate:
- Go to Team tab of Timelines
- Find a teammate you want to invite
- Check if their email is correct
- Press Re-invite Teammate button
- Invitation is sent to the relevant email
Tip: If a teammate still having problems with receiving an invitation email, they might need to make sure to check their spam or junk folders.
