Delivery Status of Messages
If you need to check what is the status of the sent message you can use the Insight feature for that.
To check the delivery status history:
- Go to the chat and scroll to the relevant message, which delivery status you want to check
- Hover over a particular message
- Click Insight button from the floating menu
- You will get the delivery status history of the message.
The current status of the message appears in the right top corner of the message. If the status is Read it will be highlighted with blue color.
