Enabling notifications

For your convenience, you can enable notifications for the new messages coming to the Whatsapp number connected to TimelinesAI.

To enable Whatsapp notifications on your desktop:

  1. Go to My Profile menu section on your TimelinesAI
  2. Select Notification settings tab on the top
  3. Modify notification settings and press Enable browser notifications button
  4. Your browser might automatically block notifications so you need to navigate to the Toolbar of your browser and click on the Notification icon
  5. Press Allow for this site button to Enable notifications.

If you want to have some particular chats or groups to be muted you can do it using the Muting Chat option.
