General troubleshooting
If you are having issues with TimelinesAI check General troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your cache
- Try using another browser
- Disable add-ons and extensions
- Try another network or computer
- Try hard reset:
- For Windows: shift+ctrl
- For IOS: cmd+R
If you have Whatsapp disconnected from your Timelines account:
Try to disconnect your Whatsapp from the Timelines and Reconnect it again
To reconnect your Whatsapp account to TimelinesAI:
- Press Reconnect on Whatsapp tab
2. Scan a newly generated QR code with Whatsapp on your mobile phone:
- Open Whatsapp on your mobile phone
- Tap ⋮ and open Whatsapp Web
- Tap + and point your camera toward the QR code generated by TimelinesAI
You are all set! TimelinesAI will connect automatically.
