Payment Methods for your Timelines license
Accepted payment methods
For all payments under $1 000 we accept the following credit and debit cards:
- VISA Debit
- American Express
For payments over $1 000 we use a bank transfer. Please contact us directly to issue an invoice.
We currently accept PayPal payments only for yearly subscriptions.
How to Upgrade a License
If you would like to Upgrade your License and you chose a subscription suitable for your business needs, please contact us through chat or at email@example.com for a quote.
The payment may have failed due to one of the following reasons:
- The payment has been declined by your credit card provider
- The credit card provided has expired or has insufficient funds
- The credit card number provided is invalid
- The credit card provided has not been approved for recurring payments
To resolve the payment issue, please update your payment method or contact your bank or credit card company to find out why the payment failed.
