Unable to Find a Chat
If you can not find a particular chat in your Chat list it might be not synchronized or archived. To check both cases follow the instructions below.
Chats are not sync
It can be caused by an interrupted connection with Whatsapp. Please check that:
- The owner of the Whatsapp account connected to Timelines doesn’t use Whatsapp Web/Desktop. If it happened, please close Whatsapp Web/Desktop and Reconnect your number to Timelines.
- The device is charged and has a stable Internet connection
- Battery saving mode or Power optimization is disabled on your mobile

Chats are archived
In TimelinesAI you can archive chats that are not in use anymore. When you archive a chat it disappears from the general list of chats. It will also disappear from the filtered lists of chats.
If you need to see archived chats you can include them to a view by creating a separate filtered view.
