The “Workspaces” feature enables you to switch context working with several teams (and possibly use Timelines privately) without managing multiple user accounts. A default workspace is created when you register to Timelines. You can then accept the invitation to multiple other workspaces and be able to conveniently switch between them in the user interface of Timelines, and post emails to a Timeline across different workspaces (including the imports via Gmail add-on).
