1. Click on Zapier within your TimelinesAI dashboard.

Generate a token and connect WhatsApp to your Zapier account if this has not been done yet. After establishing a connection, click “Create Zap”.

2. Give a name to your Zap

This is the name you will use when searching for the Zap.

3. Type “Pipedrive” in the search box and select the “Pipedrive” option

To set up the trigger, select the Pipedrive option and choose your Pipedrive workspace.

4. Click on the Event box and select New Deal

5. Select your Pipedrive account and Click on Continue. Test your Trigger

6. You will land on the “Action” setup window. Select “Filter” from the right menu

You can now easily filter your Pipedrive deals based on your specific needs.

7. Add a 1st filter:

Only continue if: here select the Owner Name

Condition: Exactly matches

Select the desired agent name

This filter will find deals for a selected agent.

8. Click “And” to add more filters

9. Add a 2nd filter:

Continue if: select Title

Condition: Exactly matches

Type in: Whatsapp deal

This filter will find only details from TimelinesAi integration.

10. Click Continue and Test the filter.

11. Configure an action for your trigger

Type “Pipedrive” in the search box and select the “Pipedrive” option

12. Click on the Event box and select Update Deal

13. Click the Deal > click “Custom” tab > select the ID

14. Click the Stage field

Here you will see the list of all your Pipelines within your Pipedrive account. Select the Pipeline where the desired deal should land

15. Click Continue and test the integration

Now you can activate created Zap and turn it on in your Zapier account.
