Configurable CRM activity logging
New 1:1 inbound and outbound messages are written to CRM activities on matched records. By default, each chat is grouped into one daily activity; an admin can switch to one activity per message.
Send from CRM records
Use the Send WhatsApp toolbar action on Contact, Lead and Deal records. Choose a recipient number and connected sender, then send text without leaving the record.
Phone matching and record creation
Numbers are normalized and matched against Contacts, Leads and Companies. Portal settings decide whether an unmatched chat creates CRM records or is skipped.
Optional Open Channels routing
Select an Open Line in the app settings to route inbound WhatsApp through Bitrix24 Contact Center. This surface is optional and does not enable itself during installation.
Broadcast to selected CRM records
Send one text to selected Contacts, Leads or Deals. A batch can include up to 200 recipients, and the completion screen shows a result for each recipient.
Inbound attachment handling
Inbound images, PDFs, voice notes and other files up to 20 MB can be uploaded to Bitrix24. Oversized or permanently failed files are skipped while the message text can still be logged.
