Log new 1:1 messages as Copper Activities
Inbound and outbound text is written as a user Activity on the matched Copper Person. When a valid source timestamp is available, it is used as the Activity time; otherwise, Copper applies its default time. Events without text use “(no text — media or system message)”; attachment files are not copied into Copper.
