With the help of TimelinesAI Make.com integration, you can automatically transfer deals created by TimelinesAI to another Pipeline. Please refer to this step-by-step instruction guide for the setup of the automation.
1. Click on Pipedrive within your TimelinesAI dashboard.
Connect Pipedrive to your TimelinesAi account if this has not been done yet. Learn more about WhatsApp Pipedrive integration.
# Adding Modules
2. Add new module at Make.com ( module #1)
- Login to make.com and click “Scenarios” from the left sidebar
- Click”+” sign
- Search by “Pipedrive” keyword
- Select “Pipedrive CRM”
3. Select “New Deal” event
4. Click “Add” to add a new Webhook
5. Setup a new Webhook
- Enter desired name
- Establish desired connection. For more information on how to create a connection to Pipedrive CRM, see this online Help.
- Select “all” as an “Event action”
- Click “Save”
6. Copy Webhook URL
Click “Show address” and copy your Webhook URL
7. Add copied Webhook into your Timelines account
- Open your Timelines account (Integrations > Webhooks)
- Select the desired frequency ( ex: Every hour)
- Paste Webhook URL copies from Make.com > Save changes
- Toggle “Webhook enabled”
8. Add new module at Make.com ( module #)
- Click “+” sign next to existing module to add a new one
9. Select “Pipedrive CRM” for the new module
10. Select “Update a deal” event for the new module
11. Setup Deal ID
Note: Establish a desired connection first. For more information on how to create a connection to Pipedrive CRM, see this online Help.
- Click “Deal ID” field. A side menu will popup to the left
- Drag & drop “Deal ID” from the left side menu to the right menu
12. Select a new pipeline
Scroll down to “Stage” field. Here you will see the list of all pipelines within your Pipedrive account. Select the desired pipeline name. This is where the deal will be moved when automation runs
# Adding filters
13. Click a dot between 2 created modules at Make.com
14. Add filter: by Title and Owner
- Enter desired Filter label
- Click the “Condition” field. A side menu will popup to the left
- Drag & drop “Title” from the left side menu to the right menu
- Select “Equal to” as a text operator
- Enter “Whatsapp deal” into the next text box
This filter will find only details from TimelinesAi integration.
Click “Add AND rule” to add additional filter
- Click the “Condition” field. A side menu will popup to the left
- Drag & drop “Owner name” from the left side menu to the right menu
- Select “Equal to” as a text operator
- Enter your agent’s name ( as used at Pipedrive) into the next text box
# Expanding automation to several agents
15. Clone Module #2 as many times as you need
Example: if you have 3 agents, clone the module 3 times
Edit cloned modules and change the “Stage” value to set different pipelines ( in this example to have different pipelines for each agent)
16. Add a Router
17. Connect the router to an existing flow
- Drag and drop the Router to Module #1 until the connection is established
- Drag and drop the cloned modules to the Router until the connection is established
18. Adding new filters
Once the slow is established click the settings icons between the Router and cloned modules. Here you can change the filters to reflect the new agent’s name as “Owner name”. This is done to move deals to certain pipelines depending on the agent. Example: agent1 deals are moved to pipelines1, while agent2 deals are moved to pipeline2
