Connect Nutshell in four steps
All you need is a TimelinesAI account, a connected WhatsApp number, and a Nutshell API key.
Create a TimelinesAI account and connect WhatsApp
Sign up for TimelinesAI and connect at least one WhatsApp number.
Click “Connect Nutshell CRM”
Open the Nutshell integration page and start the connection.

In Nutshell, go to Settings > Connections > API keys, click “Add API key”, and copy the key.
Validate and approve the connection
Enter your Nutshell login email and paste the API key, then click “Validate & continue with TimelinesAI” — credentials are checked against Nutshell immediately. Sign in with your TimelinesAI account and approve the connection.
