Each connected number takes one seat, exactly like a QR-connected number (the same number connected both ways takes two seats). Meta charges its own per-message fees for template messages, billed by Meta and depending on country and message category; replies within the 24-hour customer service window do not need templates. WABA chats sync to your CRM the same way QR chats do.

Each plan comes with a monthly allowance of API calls; the exact number and your current usage are shown in your workspace under Integrations → Public API, and usage resets on the 1st of each month. If you need more, extra calls cost $50 per 100,000 a month. The rate limit is 50 requests per minute. Webhooks deliver events to your endpoint in real time and do not consume API calls.

Yes. The TimelinesAI MCP server is available on every plan at no extra charge. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex or any MCP-compatible client, sign in with your TimelinesAI account (no API key needed), and your assistant gets 18 tools to list chats, read history, send replies, set labels, assign teammates and check quotas. Messages sent through the MCP use your normal messaging quota, and tool calls count towards your API call allowance.
