Plan, then act
The one rule: ask for a plan first, confirm it, then act. Practise on demo chats, and only send to numbers you own.
Let the assistant propose the changes as a numbered list, then approve only what you agree with. Labels and owners show up in TimelinesAI straight away, exactly as if a teammate had set them.
A plan separates thinking from doing. The assistant can be wrong about a label or an owner, and a numbered list lets you catch that before anything changes.
Nothing changes until you say which items to apply. If the plan looks wrong, tell the assistant what to fix and ask for a new list.
Labels and owners stop a shared inbox from becoming nobody's job. A chat with a clear owner gets answered; a chat without one is a risk. The assistant does the sorting, and you stay the one who decides.

Or label and assign one chat directly. The assistant looks your teammate up first, so the chat never lands with the wrong person.
PromptLabel chat [chat ID] as 'follow-up-needed' and assign it to [teammate name].
