Start from the question
A good dashboard answers a handful of questions, each with the chart that suits it. Decide the questions first, then ask for the charts.
What do customers talk about, and how do they feel? A bubble map of topics: share of chats against mood, sized by number of chats. When do customers write? A heatmap of messages by weekday and hour. Where do leads drop off? A funnel with the drop between stages. Is mood improving? A daily line with key moments marked.
Every chart here is built from columns you already have: the tags from the previous guide and the message times.
Why it matters
A chart that matches its question can be read in seconds. One that doesn't needs a meeting to explain. Choosing the chart by the question keeps the dashboard short and useful.
