Share it and keep it fresh
A dashboard only helps if people open it. Publish it as a page your team can open from a link, then refresh it with new data on a schedule.
Keep the data in the files and the charts reading from them. Next month you re-run the export from the previous guide and the same dashboard updates.
Why it matters
A dashboard built once and never refreshed goes stale within weeks. Separating the data from the page means the work you did today keeps paying off every month.

Put the refresh on a schedule. Claude Code and the Claude app can run a saved prompt on a schedule.
PromptEvery Monday at 8am, export the last 30 days of chats, re-tag them with the same rules and refresh the dashboard. Read-only: don't message any customers.

Share totals, not conversations A shared dashboard should show counts and trends. Keep customer names, numbers and message text out of anything people outside your team can open.
