Using another CRM?

Everything in this guide works with any CRM that has its own MCP connector: add it next to TimelinesAI and swap “HubSpot” for your CRM's name in the prompts.

Many CRMs now have one. Here's how to add the most common. Each signs you in with your own CRM account, so the assistant sees only what you can see there.

Not sure if your CRM has one? Search its help pages for “MCP”, or ask its support team.

Why it matters

The pattern is the same everywhere: your CRM knows the deal, WhatsApp knows the conversation. Which CRM holds the deal stops mattering once both are connected.

Salesforce

Salesforce runs hosted MCP servers. An admin turns them on for your org first; then each person connects their AI tool and signs in with their own Salesforce login. The setup is in Salesforce's guide.

    Ask your Salesforce admin to enable hosted MCP servers and share the server address.

    Add that address to your AI tool and sign in with Salesforce.

Pipedrive

Pipedrive launched its own MCP server in June 2026. Look for Pipedrive in your AI tool's connector directory, or add it by the address in Pipedrive's announcement.

Attio

Attio's official MCP server is listed in Claude's and ChatGPT's connector directories. In other tools, add it by address.

monday.com

monday.com hosts an MCP server for its boards, including monday CRM. Its calls count toward your account's daily API limit.

HighLevel (GoHighLevel) has one address for Claude and another for OpenAI tools. When you sign in, you choose which sub-accounts the assistant can reach.
