Map the deals and forecast the year
Many deals live in WhatsApp before they reach a CRM. The deal value and stage tags turn those conversations into a pipeline you can see.
Add a forecast and a what-if, and the same file tells you whether you'll hit the target and what would close the gap.
A forecast built from conversations catches deals the CRM hasn't seen yet. Seeing which deals are close, likely and large tells the team where the next hour of work pays off most.

Estimates, not commitments Win chances read from chats are educated guesses. Use the forecast to spot gaps early, and keep your CRM as the record of committed numbers. With your CRM connected (see “HubSpot and WhatsApp together”), ask the assistant to compare both.
