Every time a new incoming chat is created in TimelinesAI, create a new item in monday.com on my leads board: item name "{contact name} (WhatsApp)", and put the chat's phone number into the phone column. Do not launch the automation, leave it as a draft.What to fix by hand: Replace “my leads board” with the name of your board before you send the prompt.

When a client sends an incoming message in TimelinesAI, wait 1 hour, then check the chat history: if nobody from our team replied after that message, add the label "No reply 1h" to the chat and add an internal note "Escalation: no reply for 1 hour". If the team already replied, do nothing. Use TimelinesAI actions only. Do not launch the automation, leave it as a draft.What to fix by hand: Add the 1-hour wait yourself: "+" under the trigger → Tool → Automation delay → 60 minutes. The Copilot cannot add waits.
