Two automations most Pipedrive teams want: every new WhatsApp chat becomes a person with a deal in Pipedrive, and a chat nobody answered in an hour gets a note on that person.
How to open it
In TimelinesAI on your computer, open Workflow Builder from the left menu.
Click the green tab on the left edge of the builder. The Copilot chat opens.

Connect Pipedrive in Workflow Builder: Apps tab → Add a connection → Pipedrive → sign in. One time only.
The first time, the Copilot may ask you to connect Pipedrive itself — one click, then it continues.

In TimelinesAI, use the trigger "Incoming Chat created". Every time a new incoming chat is created in TimelinesAI, create a person in Pipedrive with the chat's phone number and name, then create a deal in Pipedrive named "{contact name} (WhatsApp)" in the first stage of the default pipeline and link it to that person. Do not launch the automation, leave it as a draft.
What to fix by hand: Nothing else to fix. Read the two Pipedrive steps and press start.
02Nobody answered in an hour → note on the person in Pipedrive
In TimelinesAI, use the trigger "Incoming message received". When a client sends an incoming message in TimelinesAI, wait 1 hour, then check the chat history: if nobody from our team replied after that message, find the person in Pipedrive with the action "Find Person by Phone" using the chat's phone number and add a note to that person with the action "Create Note": "WhatsApp message unanswered for 1 hour". If the team already replied, do nothing. Do not launch the automation, leave it as a draft.
What to fix by hand: Add the 1-hour wait yourself: "+" under the trigger → Tool → Automation delay → 60 minutes. The Copilot cannot add waits. Keep the action names “Find Person by Phone” and “Create Note” in the prompt — Pipedrive has no task action in the builder, and naming the actions stops the Copilot from asking.

Check the automation is paused before you let it run. The Copilot may start it on its own. Open it, read every step, then press start yourself. Automations send real WhatsApp messages.
